COST OF UTILITIES

Cable TV and 100,000 MBPS fiber-optic are both free at Dumaguete Furnished Apartments with Pool. But we do charge separately for electricity, cooking gas, and water because you control the use of these utilities. Conserve and you pay less. Don’t conserve and you pay more.

READ YOUR OWN METER ANYTIME

Each apartment has its own meter, and you can keep track of your utility expenses. We do not mark up utilities. You pay exactly what the utility supplier charges us! The average utility bill is about $1.60 per day. If you go easy on the air-conditioning, your bill will be cheaper.

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES

But you are responsible for accidental damages to the apartment and to the motorbike. Mechanical repairs on the bikes are at our expense. Flat tires are at your expense. We might charge you about $10 if you destroy a tire by running on a flat. If something breaks or you get a flat, just call us for help.

We also have back-up air conditioners, microwave ovens, and gas stoves. Our maintenance team can switch these appliances out in less than 30 minutes. We can do most repairs in an hour!

Each apartment has an enormous bathroom with a hot shower, fan, microwave oven, air conditioning, and a private high-speed modem. And each fully furnished apartment comes with linens, cookware, towels, and more. No other place in the Philippines is as clean, safe, and secure.
