Our pool is open 24 hours. We designed it to be a lap pool for exercising. Here’s how it works: When the pump is running, the water circulates rapidly in a clockwise direction. Swim laps with the flow if you are tired. Swim laps against the flow if you really want a great workout.

There are at least 20 off-road, back-country walking/jogging trails just outside our gate.
These trails have no traffic, no road noise, and no smelly exhaust. About 5 minutes away by motorbike, you will also find walking/jogging trails that run-up and down the mountain. Walking or jogging these steep mountain trails is the best workout you’ll ever get.
And if you like nature, riding a big Yamaha Cruiser through the mountains just above us is a pure delight. The air is clean and the mountains are downright gorgeous. Warning… the mountain trails are habit-forming. You will certainly forget all your problems and will more likely lose a few extra pounds. The owner has lost over 60 pounds walking up and down the mountain trails.
